Privacy on this site
This policy follows the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), so you know exactly what happens to your information when you use this site.
No tracking, no third parties
This website loads nothing from outside its own domain. There's no analytics, no advertising or tracking script, and no third-party font or content delivery service. Fonts are hosted on our own server. Your visit isn't tracked, profiled or shared with anyone. Your browser only ever talks to wolfpacksecureit.net, including when you use the online booking widget.
What personal information we collect
If you book a time on the Book a time page, we collect your name and email address (required), plus your phone number, a business address if you'd like us to meet you there, and any notes you add (all optional). We use this only to create your appointment and send you a confirmation, nothing else. We keep a record of the booking in our own system so we have a history of appointments.
If you fill in the website enquiry form, we collect your name, business or website name and email address (required), plus your phone number, brand colours, page requirements, key information, key people and any notes you add, along with any logo or brand files you choose to attach (everything beyond the required fields is optional). We use it only to scope and quote your project. Nothing from this form is stored on this website. It's emailed straight to us, and any attached files sit in memory only for the length of that request before being discarded. They're never written to disk here.
If you call or email us directly instead, using the details on theBook a time page, we handle that the way any business handles a phone call or an email: to respond to you, and for nothing else.
How we use and disclose your information
We only use your information for the purpose you gave it to us for: creating a booking, or scoping a website quote. We don't use it for direct marketing, we don't sell or trade it, and we don't disclose it to anyone beyond what's described here.
To create bookings and send emails, our server talks directly to Google, through our own Google Workspace account (Josh.ackroyd@wolfpacksecureit.net), the same one this business already uses for its email. That happens server to server. Your browser is never connected to Google when you book or send an enquiry. Like any Google Workspace account, your information may be stored and processed on Google's servers outside Australia as part of them providing that service to us.
Keeping your information secure
This site runs entirely over HTTPS, the booking and enquiry systems sit on a hardened, access-restricted server, and, as above, nothing from the website enquiry form (including any files you attach) is ever written to disk here. We take reasonable steps to keep the information we hold safe from misuse, loss or unauthorised access.
Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, any time. Just get in touch using the details below.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records as an ongoing appointment history unless you ask us to delete yours. Website enquiries only exist as the email we receive when you submit the form. We don't keep a separate copy anywhere else.
Server logs
Like any web server, ours keeps basic connection logs (IP address, page requested, time) for security and troubleshooting. These aren't used for tracking or shared with anyone, and we only keep them as long as we need to.
